CDL INTELLIGENCE MONITORING TECHNICIAN

St. Albans, VT

CDL Maple USA is a completely integrated company that engineers, manufactures, distributes, and services maple sugaring equipment. We are currently looking for a CDL Monitoring Technician to join our service team.  This is a full-time position located in St. Albans, VT.

The job duties consist of:

• Mapping of sugar woods
• Installation of CDL Intelligence equipment
• Organizing and maintaining monitoring equipment in the warehouse
• Contacting customers about their monitoring service needs
• Filling out paperwork associated with work performed.
• Answering customer phone calls related to CDL Intelligence, to include an on-call rotation with weekend and night availability during the sugaring season.
• Work with service technicians when needed.
• Perform tasks as directed by the CDL Intelligence Manager.

What we are looking for:

• Motivated self-starter, a great work ethic
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with maple production and the equipment used. Equipment consists of CDL Intelligence Monitoring, reverse osmosis machines, vacuum pumps, releasers, and evaporators.
• Excellent customer service skills even in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
