Brix reader
Brix reader allows continuous brix reading. It is installed on hot maple syrup tank and regulates brix to have consistent syrup at 66 brix before filling barrels.
Advantages
- Reads 0.0 to 80.0 brix.
- Automatic temperature compensation for accurate reading.
- May be incorporated into the tubing.
- Can read between 5°C and 100°C (41°F-212°F)
- 24-Volt power supply
- Requires a circulation pump
