Modulating draw-off valve

Modulating draw-off valve manages maple syrup draw off automatically. It modulates the outlet size continuously  allowing a constant and stable flow of syrup coming out of the evaporator while you are boiling. It eliminates large batches draw off. The brix will be much more accurate than operating with traditional ON\OFF valves.
